Riverside County Ordinance No. 847 regulating noise includes quiet hours between the hours of 10 PM and 7 AM.
PARKING:
Renters and their guests should park in the driveway or directly in front of the short-term rental property to avoid ticketing.
TRASH:
Trash and refuse shall not be stored within public view except in proper containers for collection.
Failure to comply with the above may result in loss of deposit, citation, fines or expulsion from the rental property for the renter or their guests.
Refer to Riverside County Ordinance No. 927 for details regarding short term rental. Any fines, citations or penalties imposed against us for actions triggering a violation of the Riverside County Ordinances No.927 and No.847 will be deducted from the security deposit.
Per county regulations, moderate outdoor music is permitted with quiet hours beginning at 10pm through 7am. Quiet hours apply to outdoors and is strictly enforced.
