The Kitchen custom made out of recycled materials from Christchurch post earthquake, with white stone benches and lots of space. Modern conveniences with rustic charm tucked away in Mt Somers. There are two bedrooms in the cottage. The main off the kitchen is a Queen bed, with a large wardrobe with lots of storage. The second bedroom is a cozy room with a double bed and little cupboard for storage. The open living plan is the heart of the house and the dining, kitchen and lounge are at the front of the house with double doors opening to a large deck and semi-private front yard. The garage is not available for use but there is plenty of parking along the driveway behind closed gates.
