Negative: Booking.com sends me confirmation but the property owner didn't receive any booking. I even received a confirmation email to welcome me into the stay. When I reached there, i was told that there wasn't any of my booking. I was lucky to reach there before 5 pm as the representative is available at the premise to sort this out. Else, i will be in big trouble as booking.com can't help me at all. i need to call overseas just to listen to all press 1, 2,3. That will be very costly for me. After much discussion, the owner is able to help me to locate another property to stay in. Otherwise i will end up sleeping in the car. There is no way to contact booking.com during Christmas. We went through the AI agent and then got cut off saying looking for agent. This is really frustrating for both of us, the owner and myself. Also, i really wish that property owner and booking.com can be contacted via Whatsapp as it is so expensive making overseas call when i am in another country.

Summary: frustrating with booking.com for not being able to provide immediate help when such situation occur.
