It is approximately a 5 minute drive to Heavenly Ski Resort and the nearest beach. It is also steps away from Upper Truckee Marsh and Barton Meadow, hiking and bike trails. The Blue Barn has all the amenities of a home with the cozy feel of a cabin. It was tastefully renovated in 2014. Gorgeous kitchen with granite counter tops and cherry cabinets opening up to airy living room surrounded by windows. The gas fire place adds charm and coziness to cold nights. You will enjoy 1,536 square feet of comfort. The Blue barn accommodates up to 4 people (children and infants included). One bedroom, one bath with bathtub downstairs and two bedrooms, one bath upstairs. The Living room has a 55 inch flat screen. We provide Hulu, Roku, and high speed internet. Laundry room is downstairs with full washer and dryer. One dedicated parking space, MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 4. We have outside monitoring cameras for perimeter of the house.
