Meetings & events are commonly held at the resort and our property will allow you close proximity to weddings, conferences, and other functions. Message for availability and fees for interim services, as well as any housekeeping requests, provided by the owner. Please do not place linens, as we are not part of the Resort linen services. There is a trash receptacle at the entrance doors of the tower. Book dinner reservations, spa services, golf, bike rentals or other activities in advance with Everline® Concierge. If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or excessive cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, walls, or flooring, Guest authorizes the property manager to bill them for additional fees to cover the damage. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the property manager receives information about excessive noise, property manager has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee. NO smoking, vaping, or pets of any kind are allowed in our condotel. If any sign of smoking, vaping or pets is discovered, Guest authorizes the property manager to charge the guest a minimum $425 cleaning fee.
