In fall and winter months, you can expect to see colorful sunsets known as the "pink moment" to locals. Surrounded by nature you’ll be a short drive from Carpinteria, Montecito, and Santa Barbara.
This modern estate focuses on a minimalist aesthetic with soaring ceilings and wall to wall windows. Contemporary design is featured throughout with twin chaise lounges in the Living Room, stunning chandeliers in the industrial and gourmet Kitchen, and convenient comforts in the Great Room and Media Room. Dual Primary Suites echo spa luxury with a fireplace, dry sauna, and soaking tub. Two more Guest Rooms share a "Jack and Jill" style bathroom, each with ocean views.
