Positive: I loved the view even though it is not oceanfront as advertised. And that the beach was within walking distance.

Negative: The carpet and couch were dirty and stained, plus there was a $200 pet fee which is outrageous, especially with how dirty the carpet and couch were. The front door frame is broken and there is siding missing on the house.
