Enjoy a relaxing waterfront experience at beautiful Dilworth Point (only a 20 minute ferry ride from Seattle) in a quiet, cozy home nestled only 20' from the beach. A perfect vacation getaway. **We are not seeking long term renters at this time.**
Entertain yourself, family and friends on the spacious decks with unobstructed 180 degree views of Puget Sound all the way to Seattle. Watch the eagles and blue herons swoop and fish around the boat ramp or say hello to the deer who occasionally wander through the nearly 2.5 acre property.
Take a relaxing sauna overlooking the Puget Sound (20' from the shoreline) in the all cedar barrel sauna.
Entertain in style: Choose to have a casual BBQ on the deck at waters edge while eating outside or cook a full meal in the sunny and well-stocked kitchen - you'll have great views and a great time.
The main house has 3 upstairs bedrooms along with a 3/4 bath. The downstairs consists of a large combined kitchen & family room with river rock fireplace & 1/2 bath. The Bunkhouse stands as a 4th bedroom and includes an additional 3/4 bath. Hot water is provided by an On Demand hot water tank (no one gets a cold shower!)

Children will love the beach activities or exploring the 2.5 acres of woods. When they are done they can clean up in the outdoor heated shower.
**Please Note: due to upper parking lot, steep walkway down to cabin and multiple levels, this property is not ideal for guests with mobility concerns. Please review property photos and reach out to owners for any questions or concerns regarding access for those who may not be able to walk down or up a steep grade.**
