The home is 8 to10 minutes from Olympia, Tumwater, and Lacey, access to 1-5 and train station to Seattle, and 20 minutes to Joint Base Lewis Accord and Tacoma. The home is within walking distance of transit, banking, shopping, restaurants, health/fitness center, and other services provided the Chambers Creek shopping center. Perfect for heath care professionals and other professionals w/quick to local hospitals or working in State Government professionals.
The home and Master Bedroom/bath suite are set up especially for working professionals. Co-owner and Property Manager lives on site and is available to help guests. Very quite, safe, secure, private setting with everything a working professional needs including private parking in shared garage and driveway.

Wildwood property has a fully fenced 1/3-acre backyard, woodlands, patio, herb and vegetable gardens, and its down “woodlands” with walking paths. Woodsmuir is a member only very quiet and secure neighborhood located just across from the Indian Summer Golf Course.
