Uninterrupted views of the beach & surrounding areas. Private retreat. 15 Minute walk to the beach or take the Quad ATV 6 seater!. Huge Deck Open & covered to enjoy the surrounding views. Whangapoua has it all, swimming, surfing, tennis, diving, kayaks, fishing, waterski. The Estuary is perfect for young children away from the surf.

Special Conditions; Min 4 nights stay, smoking outside only, deposit required to confirm bookings, confirmed bookings from 20th Dec until End February require 4 weeks cancellation. All deposits are non refundable unless booking is replaced in full. All other bookings need 2 weeks notice. Full details by email enquiry.
