This is a new basement apartment with all of the items you will need to enjoy your stay. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place in the heart of Lindon. Close to BYU and UVU, ski resorts, tourist towns, and wedding venues, Four LDS Temples near by, with two more under construction. Minutes from Provo Canyon, miles of running and biking trails, scenic drives, golf courses, lakes, and Timpanogos Cave.
This is a newly added basement apartment. Which has its own private entrance. The apartment has two bedrooms, one bath, a full kitchen and living room. The first bedroom has a queen bed and television in it. The second bedroom has three queen beds and television in it. Enjoy a 20X40 ft PRIVATE pool (open May 15th through October 15th), hot tub (open year round), gazebo, patio area, and BBQ. Don't forget our putting green, which your family can enjoy, or play a friendly game of cornhole while the others swim. ***Disclaimer**** if you are not swimming, my grandkids will take advantage of the pool, but they know our guests come first, and they will gladly exit so you can enjoy the pool.
