This beautiful estate is about 20 mins to downtown tacoma, 45 mins to sea-tac airport, conveniently located 10 mins from i-5 and other highways.
Astounding, luxurious estate furnished to an impeccable standard. It's an ideal retreat for an out of the ordinary and upscale stay, located on spanaway lake. We believe it will be a wonderful home to enjoy and relax with your loved ones. Ideal for families looking for a unique "home away from home" or a secluded break. Also, a perfect location for small special gatherings, corporate meetings or retreats. (with prior host approval)
Amenities enjoyed by both adults and children besides a gorgeous lakeview from most rooms are our media room with a multi-function ping-pong table and projector for movie nights.. For outdoor activities that would be our huge grass backyard with a gravel area with firepit with chairs provided, horseshoe game set up, and of course the water sport years e.g. Kayaks, water peddle bike for 2 and water slide right into the lake. If you are into fishing, you can have a seat right on the dock. Loads to do for all tastes, from outdoors to total isolation for those who prefer the luxury yet homely and comfy.
**published rate is for 4 guests. For additional guest(s) beyond the 4th guest, there is an additional charge of $30/person/night. We would prefer to host a small group rather than a big group due to limited parking space**
Beds (6 total beds: 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, 1 twin bed and 1 bunk bed).
You can easily park up to 7 cars on the paved driveway. Do not under any circumstances park on the lawn. We can only provide air mattress for additional guests if needed, with bed sheets/blankets/towels and of course full access to all amenities, if that works out for you.
Kindly note only registered and paid guests can stay at the premises. Host reserves the right to terminate the booking immediately shall this house rules is not respected and followed, without refund for the remaining stay.
Guest access
You will have the entire house to yourself, the house is rambler so it is perfect for anyone with accessibility concerns. All bedrooms, living room, dining room, office, family room are easily accessible without any entry way steps. Garage is not available for use and will be locked upon check in. Washer and dryer available for use along with commercial size refrigerator with prior notice.
Extra details
We love to accommodate small reunions and family gatherings especially with children. You have the comfort of staying in the house before, during, and after the occasions.
However, all special occasions/gatherings must be approved by us at the time the reservation is made. The estate has outdoors surveillance cameras for your own safety. In case of a party, event or get together without prior authorization, the booking will be terminated immediately without refund.
