The building is centrally located downtown between Nulu and the Highlands and is also within walking distance to Paristown Pointe. This is one of the best locations in Louisville and you can be anywhere within a short walk or Uber. All three levels of the home have ceilings 12 ft tall or higher. The bathrooms are all custom tiled with glass enclosures. There are two living rooms with two 75 inch TVs, 5 couches, an oversized card table and two day beds.
