This modern home is made for serenity and relaxation or an adventure waiting to happen for you and your significant other, or friends alike. You will find the morning air and a view of the mountains to feed your soul, a quaint town to explore and plenty of activities to do in the surrounding areas: Wallace Blues Festival, Hiawatha Trail, Silver Mountain Ski and Water Park, local restaurants, wild life are just a few with some hidden gems to find along the way.
You'll walk up the front stairs, on to the porch with outside seating for two. As you enter the living room there is a sofabed that can sit four with a TV and bookshelf. You walk into the kitchen with a bar and two stools to sit and drink or work on your computer. The kitchen is fully stocked for all cooking needs. Please utilize anything in the pantry. The bedroom has a dresser, queen size bed and open closet with hangers. The bathroom is fully stocked with towels and soaps. The hallway leads to the back door BBQ & smoking area. The other door leads to the garage, down the stairs, and you'll find the laundry room with washer and dryer, where you can put your muddy or wet clothes if needed.
Full access of the home other than blocked off portions of the garage with curtains as we do store personal items in those areas.

Walking distance is the Outlaw Bar and Grill. You can get your morning work out at the beginning point of the infamous Mullan Trail. A small backwoods shooting range where you might find a quail named Greta. Places to snowmobile or ride your dirt bikes and quads. Day camp grounds with wide spaces, beautiful rivers and streams, BBQ pits with electricity and running water.
Best way to get around is by biking or walking if you're staying in Mullan. If you plan on going outside of Mullan or walking more than 5 minutes I would drive instead. There is mainly side street parking and a few narrow streets.
You can walk around Wallace with an adult beverage as long as it is in a red solo cup.
I have T-mobile and the service is very spotty. From Kellogg till I get to the house is dead but once I'm on the property I have cell service.

Parking: 2 car max on the property please. One small to mid size car can fit in the garage and another car can park parallel out front on the gravel.
