Located in a 100 year old building, the bedroom has 1 queen size bed and the living room has a 3-way convertible sleeper loveseat with ottoman for extra leg room.

**TV? Of course! 60" Hulu TV located in the living room and a 40" Hulu TV for the bedroom, both with all apps**

**Cooking? We have a few seasonings, foil, pots, pans, plates, cups, etc.**

**Coffee? Of course! A variety of sugar and creamer, mugs, etc. No Keurig, we like the "old fashion" machine.**

*Cozy & free washer and dryer all in one machine in unit.

*Are you a light packer? We got you!

We don't do keys! Codes only! How easy is that! Check-in is a smooth process!

You will be provided entry codes for the building and apartment 2 hours prior to check-in.

The cleaner's closet for our Clean Queen is located by the apartment door & will be locked at all times. If you need anything, reach out to us any time-please bother us! Everything else in the apartment is available for your use.

We want our guests to be aware that this historic building is finishing the final touches on renovation. You may notice work in certain areas. Stairs & an elevator are available. Some areas of the building may appear unfinished as they are preserving and updating this historic building. Thank you for your understanding!

You may notice a few additions to the apartment that's not pictured. We follow our guests suggestions to provide you all with the ultimate stay. Thank you for your patience as we will always add to the space.

Cannabis use is legal in the State of Michigan, it is the agreement set in place by the building that it is not allowed. Some neighbors like to be like the cost of groceries (insert laugh, get it?!), you may smell a little here & there but nothing crazy. This is out of our control. With that being said, please:

🟢 No smoking of any kind in the unit or on the balcony. Please smoke outside of the building.

🟢 No parties. Relaxing, calm, & positive vibes only.

🟢 3 overnight guests is the maximum the apartment can comfortably fit.
