Home is situated across the street from the Columbia River, golf clubhouse, driving range, putting green, snack shack and a stone's throw to the community park, private swimming pool (open May 1 through Labor Day) and the boat launch. Renovated back yard which includes a new in ground, resort style swimming pool with tanning shelf that is both Heated and Cooled. Gazebos cover a new Hot Springs Spa and a gas fire pit with sitting area. Sono's music system provides high quality sound/music throughout the house, back yard and garage/pool table room. A block wall surrounds the back yard to provide shelter from the high desert winds. Pass through covered parking for your Boat, RV or Cars.
