Summary: Customer service was excellent. Lost key, clogged toilet no issue and prompt response. Mentioning the odor of weed etc had a non response. Had a couple spiders in the room, nothing a shoe didnt fix. General building facilities were showing wear, towel holders missing, shower head spraying in all directions. Pillows flat.
