Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Right off the highway. Room was clean and comfortable. Everything seemed to be in good condition.

Negative: There wasn’t coffee available, until breakfast started. At breakfast they had an omelet that had ham in it, with no label saying there was meat. It looked like just veggies at first glance. When asked if there was meat, the employee was unhelpful, dismissive, and didn’t provide an answer. The staff behind the desk were all very young, and were often on their phones. They were polite though and attempted to be helpful. One staff member appeared to be on shift for almost 24 hours, which leads me to believe that issues with the staff was due to poor management. The pool and hot tub were also out of order.

Summary: Nice hotel, good location, clean, poorly managed.
