Charming home in a classic neighborhood that is convenient to so many attractions such as Audubon park/zoo/golf course/tennis courts. The st. charles ave. street car is a short 3 block walk. Historic Magazine st. is only 6 blocks. Very convenient area with easy access to uptown (Tulane & Loyola universities), carrollton/riverbend, downtown/warehouse district & the historic garden district and french quarter.
