Living on lake Woodlands is a tranquil Oasis in our own backyard. We provide 2 canoes, and 1 paddle board for enjoyment. Home sits 3 miles from Woodlands Mall, 150 restaurants, 2 movie theaters and bowling. Our Home enters out to South Shore Park. Home has tropical swimming pool, Jaccuzi, dock for fishing, Koi Pond for relaxation and fire-pit for smores. We live across from The Woodlands golf course which is a 5 minute drive away to entrance. Jogging and bike trails are outside our doorstep.
Waterfront Stucco 2 story home, 4200 sqft Sleeps 12 people. 5 bedrooms, six beds and three car garage. Movie theater room upstairs with large screen, game room including ping pong and pool table. Very kid friendly. Open concept with giant windows for spectacular views of the lake and all of the activity on it . Large kitchen island for gathering and entertaining your guests. Two dishwashers for convenience and Viking stove. Several Bikes are provided for the bike trails outside your doorstep. Tv in each bedroom.
Great home for the marathon runners and anyone needing tranquility. Guided Pontoon Boat rides provided with a Captain for a fee around the lake Woodlands if available.. Wonderful view off the patio decks upstairs. BBQ provided for those who love to cook. Woodlands is a master planned com munity rated 2nd best Town for families to live. It is 28 miles away from Houston Downtown and 15 miles from the International George Bush airport. Home to the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavillion where they hold Concerts and festivals through out the year. The big attraction is the waterway outside The Woodlands Mall. There are cruiser boats that take you for one hour trips through the canal, similar to the San Antonio river walk. Also there are swan paddle boats and canoes to hire. There is a childrens splash pad in the park at Market street as well as boutiques, restaurants and shopping. Dancing waterfalls that play music down the waterway. We have many Good Hospitals. Anderson cancer hospital, Texas Childrens, Methodist and Memorial Hospital. For those who live here, great schools. There are always an influx of people moving to work.
