Summary: Lovely home. Overdue for some upgrades (carpet is old), but all-in-all a nice stay. We did have to pick up some juice drink straw wrappers that were left behind when we arrived...also hot tub not working, but we weren't going to use it anyway. My grandson had the time of his life in the pool! We rented this house for privacy, found out the first day of our stay that there is a renter on the property. The renters did not bother us, but it would have been nice to know it is a shared property. They do not have access to the amenities shown, so that was a plus. The renters did not create any issues at all and we did have a very pleasant stay. They cap the thermostat at 75 degrees - if you want it cooler they will provide info on what to do.
