We rented this apartment for a while a couple of years back, then around the Covid era we decided to put the renting on hold for a while.
I'm now making it available again, so that's why you won't see any recent reviews for the property, but it's still the same wonderful get-away it always was.
This is a wonderful 2 bedroom apartment located close in to Charlotte downtown. 12 minutes from the Charlotte airport. Complete apartment with access to the boat dock, pier and Kayaks ! Or bring your boat and tie up while you're here.
Large dining table with great view of the lake. Pool table. Wonderful porch with stone arched views. Full apartment with washer/dryer and fully equipped kitchen.

This is the bottom floor of the main house. The main or upstairs MAY BE occupied by the homeowners who live there.
