River front home on the Columbia River 35 minutes drive west of I-5 at Longview. Watch the waves and wildlife. Stroll the beach or launch your kayak or kiteboard directly from the shore. Track the passing cargo ships and barges as they come and go. Take a soak in the jetted tub. Play a game of pool or ping pong while enjoying your favorite streaming App on the two 65" TVs. Play a round of golf or visit Puget Island and nearby Cathlamet. Get out and explore or stay close and watch the River Run!
The space
The home is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with river front views and access. The three bedrooms, 2 baths, sunroom, living, kitchen, dining and laundry rooms are all located on the upper level. The Primary Bedroom has a 55" TV, and an ensuite bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower. There is a small deck off the Primary Bedroom with stairs to the beach path. These are the only stairs from the deck. The other two bedrooms share the hallway bathroom that has a tub and shower. The home is equipped with Satellite Wi-Fi for Internet connectivity. There is no ethernet available. The living room has a 65" TV with bluetooth Soundbar.
The lower level has a game room with a pool table, ping pong table and air hockey. There are two 65" TV's and one bluetooth Soundbar in the game room. There is a Full sized bunk bed to sleep up to 4 additional guests. The half bath is also located in the lower level. Outside access is available through a lower sun porch.
A stair lift is available for guests who need assistance. Entry can be made though the garage on the lower level without using stairs. A key is needed to operate the chair and can be made available by request. We ask that guests do not play on or around the chair if it is not being used.
Guests will have access to the entire home except for the owners storage closet.
Please pay for all guests who will be sleeping at the home. If there is evidence of unregistered guests, you will be charged for full capacity each night.
Pets are not allowed as a general rule. Unapproved pets will be charged $500. If you are granted an exception, the approved pet fee is $100 and is assessed separately from the booking reservation.
