So If you enjoy anything outdoors (boating, wake surfing & wake boarding, kayaking, motorized water toys, fishing, swimming, bird watching, star gazing, sun bathing etc..) with a public boat launch 1 mile away then this is the spot. with a keypad gated entrance, RV parking, and a private dock you'll surly fall in love with our lovely clean comfortable little home in its unique location with stunning views of the river.
Located 1 mile from Lower Salmon Falls which has, a boat launch on the upper side of dam. White water access on the lower side of dam and a large day use park area.
Our home is a clean and comfortable 3 bedroom 1.5 baths 1000 sq. ft. with a fully equipped laundry room, a step-in rock wall shower, and has a private dock.
Master bedroom has a king size pillow top mattress, and outdoor patio area just above the water. Bedroom 2 has Two full beds and one pullout twin, with a wall mounted TV. Bedroom 3 (detached from main house) is a fully remodeled clubhouse that sleeps 4+ (Bunk bed cots & two single air mattresses) equipped with Wi-Fi, AC/ Heater & wall mounted TV.
Fireplace located in living room area with a queen sleeper sofa.
Kitchen (Fridge, Stove, Oven, Microwave, coffee maker, Pots & pans, plates & silverware accommodating 8) bar area with seating for 3. Also available folding table and chairs with seating up to 8 guests.
Wi-Fi & Cell Phone service available. No cable network, however Netflix & DVD player available.
There's plenty of wildlife (Birds, pelicans, hawks, deer, fish, etc..) so bring your binoculars and enjoy the scenery. We offer one water slide located on the dock. Plus there's room for two boats so bring your motorized toys. Life jackets provided.
