This bright and clean 3-bedroom home has main-floor living with all 3 rooms on the main level, stocked kitchen, coffee and tea, living room with smart TV, 2 bathrooms with shampoo, conditioner and body wash, a desk for working, and a fenced back yard with propane BBQ, seasonal hammock, outdoor dining set, and pets allowed. On Spokane's South Hill, you'll be nearby everything you need including grocery, retail, pet store, dining, gas stations, etc.
The Space:
This lovely and modern rancher offers 2,900 square feet of interior space for your family or co-travelers to enjoy, as well as a fenced back yard, deck with outdoor seating and propane BBQ for your use!
There are 3 steps into the main level on this home, where you'll be met by the spacious and open living room. Adjacent to the living room is the dining room, and kitchen, both also open-concept. The 3 bedrooms are on this same level, one bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and one shared bathroom. In each bathroom are shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath towels, hand towels, and toilet paper.
The primary bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite bath. The second bedroom on this level has a queen bed. The third bedroom on this level has a queen bed and office desk. There is a queen-size air mattress in the basement living room for guest use as well. (There are mixed reviews about the bed sizing, but the mattress tag shows Queen size on all mattresses - 02/27/2023)
The kitchen holds cooking amenities, Keurig and drip coffee, refrigerator, freezer, dishes and silverware, stove, oven, basic spices and oils for cooking, pans and cookware, cooking utensils and silverware.
The basement lends a secondary living room for more space or to utilize our air mattress, and separately, a laundry room for guest use. Two smart TV's, one upstairs and one downstairs, are available for you to login to your own streaming services. The living rooms have fireplaces, but we do not allow guests to use the fireplace/stove.
Off the dining room is the sliding door, which leads to the deck and back yard. The yard is fenced, but you should double check the perimeter prior to letting your pet loose, just in case. We prioritize hospitality and have supplied a propane BBQ for guest use, and we aim to keep the tank filled enough for at least 1-2 uses, but guests that we welcome for longer stays may need to refill the propane tank at their own expense.
Pets are allowed, but please submit an inquiry prior to booking so we can discuss the pet fee. There is a $30 charge for the first pet, and $15 per additional pet-- Airbnb only lets us charge for the first pet on the reservation, so the additional fees need to be sent through the Resolution Center.
Sorry, we do not allow guests to use the garage at this time.
