The house is located in a very quiet location, in the heart of the pine trees, while being less than 10 minutes walk from the historic city center.
The villa, at the top of a family condominium, is located on a pine forest plot of 2500 m2 facing south-east and dominates the small valley of the Torse with an unobstructed view of the Aix countryside (from the bottom of the garden we can see let's find our Sainte Victoire mountain so dear to Paul Cézanne).
