Built in 1904, this historic, three-level Portland stunner is the perfect balance of classic charm and modern comforts. It boasts two inviting bedrooms and two bathrooms. Upstairs is your personal oasis. You'll find the large main bedroom with queen-sized bed; spacious bathroom with shower, tub, and two vanities; and cozy office nook overlooking the tree-lined street. Downstairs features the second bedroom, which also functions as a library with sofa bed; a formal living room; dining room; kitchen with modern appliances, including a Cafe two-drawer dishwasher; bathroom with claw-foot tub; and elegant living room featuring leather sofa, French-style hutch, and TV. The house was lovingly restored with brand-new white oak floors, crystal chandeliers throughout (ask about rainbow season*!), and painted in historic shades to match the house's era. Laundry in basement. Fancy cat not included. *Rainbow season comes but twice a year when the sun is at just the right angle to pass through the dining room window, hitting the chandelier and showering the downstairs with vivid, dancing rainbows.
