2. ALL DAY TIME VISITORS MUST LEAVE BY 10PM (Not including overnight guests). The only guests that should be at the property past 10pm are the guests that were permitted in the original booking. 3. PRIMARY BOOKER must be 25 years of age or older. All gatherings with children or teens must be supervised by an adult for the entire length of your stay. For stays with children, an adult must be present in the pool area at all times while children or inexperienced swimmers are in the pool.
4. CELEBRATIONS, please do not use glitter or confetti. If you choose to do so, a cleaning up-charge will be applied.
5. For PARKING, the driveway can fit 4 vehicles depending on size. Any additional vehicles are to be parked on the street. It is a narrow street so only use one side of the street to park.
6. NO SMOKING of any kind inside the house. If any smoke is detected or the smell of smoke is detected, an additional fee will be charged.
7. AMPLIFIED MUSIC is allowed by way of Bluetooth speakers, but your bass should be kept to a minimum. For your convenience, a bluetooth speaker is available for use in the pool room.
8. OUTDOOR QUIET TIME is at 10pm (music can still be played however it must be taken inside and all exterior doors closed). If your pre-approved gathering goes beyond 10pm, we ask that you move your guests inside. Any guests that need to go outside front or back for any reason need to be mindful of the volume of their conversation to not be disruptive.
9. POOL RULES. Absolutely no water guns/ water projectiles/ water balloons allowed on the ENTIRE premises. No running/ horseplay in the pool room. Do not add any chemicals, colors, dyes, glow sticks, balloons to the pool. Children as well as anyone who is not an experienced swimmer must have an experienced swimmer present at all times while in the pool. Safety equipment is on site. No more than 8 people in the hot tub at a time! If the water level in the hot tub falls below the jets, call the host immediately.
